Our Marketing Services

Advice on marketing strategies, programs and sales platforms, including preferred method of promotion and sale to ensure effective management and to maximize the potential income to be derived from the development.

  • Development of staging, sales and marketing plans.
  • Advice on expected purchase considerations by the target markets and any potential obstacles that the project sales team may need to overcome, in the face of selling the project.
  • Advice on the covenants to be included in sales contracts and documentation.
  • Advice on selling tools, which would add value and provide incentive to the target market.
  • Advice on the "Hot Buttons" for the target market, such at scarcity, prestige and image, lifestyle or location.

Our Selling Services

Where the developer chooses to employ the services of a sales agent we can:

  • Offer the services of Time Conti Sheffield and its fully trained sales team.
  • Ensure that our sales team is fully briefed and maintain an awareness of the project issues as they arise.
  • Coordinate all sales strategies and sales issues to settlement, including method of sale.
  • Attend weekly sales meeting with our sales team and Contracts Administrator.
  • Provide weekly reporting on sales enquiry and activity.
