- Tenant Screening & Selection: We strategicially advertise your rental property across multiple platforms while our team process all prospective tenant applications. We present suitable applicants to you, the property owner, to make the final decision. The successful tenant is then notified.
- Lease Agreement & Move In: We prepare the lease agreement and facilitate the signing process with the tenant. A Property Condition Report (PCR) is prepared. Once the bond and initial rent are paid, the tenant receives the keys and moves in. The tenant then has seven days post move-in to review the PCR and submit any amendments.
- Proactive Ongoing Property Management: We conduct quarterly inspections of your property to ensure it is well-maintained. We also efficiently manage any maintenance requests or issues that may arise.
